3 & 1 was founded as a company in 2011 to provide consulting, planning and implementation of Chinese – German projects in the field of education, trade and culture. The company’s headquarters is situated in Bergisch Gladbach in Cologne, Germany. Us three partners have a strong academic background in Germany, China and other countries, and as lawyers and as business administration graduates have worked for years in insurance, marketing, communications and international law. Contact with China and involvement with Chinese – German projects form part of our highest key functions and strengths.
